• “Services” refers to resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, cover letter creation, and other career-related services provided by CV Refreshed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that:

1. You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
2. The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
3. You agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use our services.

3. Services

We provide professional resume writing and related career services tailored to your needs. Our process includes:

• Collecting information via forms or consultations.
• Delivering initial drafts for review within the agreed timeline.
• Offering revisions based on your feedback (subject to Section 6).

Please note that while we strive to provide high-quality documents, we cannot guarantee job placement or interviews as outcomes depend on various external factors.

4. Payments

• All payments must be made in full before work begins on your project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless explicitly stated in Section 7 (Refund Policy).
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment gateways available on our website.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your career history, education, skills, and goals.
• Respond promptly to requests for additional details or feedback during the revision process.

We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the final product caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

6. Revisions

• We offer up to two rounds of revisions free of charge within 14 days of delivering the first draft. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
• Revisions must align with the original scope of work (e.g., targeting the same job role). Requests for changes outside this scope may require a new service agreement.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

1. If no work has commenced after payment due to delays on our end.
2. If you cancel the service within 24 hours of payment confirmation and before work begins.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You fail to provide required information within the agreed timeline.
• The service has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope of work.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by CV Refreshed (e.g., resumes, cover letters) is intended for your personal use only. You are prohibited from:

• Reselling or distributing the materials without prior written consent from us.

We retain ownership of all templates, designs, and proprietary tools used in creating your documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of our services or website;
• Errors in the content provided by you;
• External factors affecting job applications (e.g., market conditions).

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service purchased.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our website or services without notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that harm our business operations.

11. Confidentiality
