At CV Refreshed, we strive to deliver exceptional resume writing and career services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • No Work Commenced: If no work has started on your project due to delays on our end.
  • Service Cancellation: If you cancel the service within 24 hours of payment confirmation and before we begin working on your project.
  • Failure to Deliver: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeline due to reasons solely attributable to us.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The service has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope of work.
  • You fail to provide required information or feedback within the agreed timeframe, which delays or impacts the project outcome.
  • Dissatisfaction arises from factors beyond our control, such as job market conditions or employer preferences.
2. Revision Policy

We offer up to two rounds of revisions free of charge within 14 days of delivering the first draft. If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we encourage you to request revisions before seeking a refund. Additional revisions outside this scope may incur extra charges.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@cvrefreshed.com with your order details (e.g., invoice number and date of purchase).
  2. Clearly state the reason for your refund request and provide any supporting documentation or evidence if applicable.
  3. Allow us up to 7 business days to review your request and respond with a resolution.
4. Refund Timeline and Method
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval of your request.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card or UPI). If this is not possible, alternative arrangements such as store credit may be offered.
5. Non-Refundable Items

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Express delivery fees for expedited services.
  • Customized packages or add-ons once work has commenced.
  • Services rendered beyond the agreed scope of work.
6. Disputes and Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to contact us at support@cvrefreshed.com before filing a formal refund request. Our team will work with you to resolve any issues amicably.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
